Mastercard Inc. in New York, NY is seeking a Director, Product Architect, Solution Engineering to define Mastercard's digital strategy and enable access to digital credentials across global markets for payments.

You will drive architecture, partner engagements, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable, secure payment solutions including Mastercard Agent Pay. The role emphasizes leadership across regions, AI awareness, and a strong blend of strategic thinking and technical execution

Competenze

• High level of fluency in AI, including deep technology foundations and awareness of payments.
• Understanding of Mastercard customers, partners and external stakeholders in payments sectors.
• Experience with consumer payments tech, digital wallets, tokenization and authentication across regions.
• Experience working with AI/ML platforms, agentic systems or conversational interfaces is a plus.

Mansioni

• Define the Solution Strategy: Partner with product owners to define and evolve the solution strategy as the product moves from concept to market.
• Lead Technical Engagements: Own the end-to-end technical relationship with global digital partners from ideation to scaled deployment.
• Solution Design & Architecture: Translate partner requirements into scalable, secure architectures using Mastercard’s product suite.
• Partner Collaboration: Work with AI agents, digital wallets and commerce platforms to integrate Mastercard’s digital credentials.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Align with Product, Engineering, Operations and Regional teams on strategy and timelines.
• Prototype & Innovate: Collaborate with prototyping teams to test and validate new use cases.
• Commercial & Strategic Input: Support pricing models and go-to-market plans with technical feasibility.
• Global Coordination: Act as central tech contact for regional teams and onboarding.
• IP & Compliance: Identify IP opportunities and ensure security and data standards compliance.
