Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, a leading aerospace manufacturer, seeks a Director for MB-DMI & MES to drive the enterprise digital thread across manufacturing sites. This role reports to Digital Ops & Industry 4.0 leadership and leads a multidisciplinary team to deliver strategic modernization initiatives.

You will oversee budget governance for CapEx/OpEx, champion organizational change, ensure quality and regulatory compliance, and guide executive communication on project progress and ROI across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 14+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 12+ years of experience.
• Extensive track record in executive operational leadership within multi-site aerospace manufacturing.
• Deep understanding of advanced digital tools and quality frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Define, own, and execute the enterprise-wide MB-DMI & MES roadmap across all sites.
• Manage CapEx and OpEx budgets for the digital manufacturing portfolio and ensure ROI.
• Drive cultural/operational change across plants and align shop-floor leadership with digital thread initiatives.
• Govern integration of QMS and MES environments for regulatory compliance and automated records.
• Lead a cross-functional team of manufacturing experts, systems engineers, and project managers.
• Present progress updates to executive leadership via cross-business SteerCo.
