Job summary

Dow is seeking a Technology Director to define and lead the strategy for advancing digital capabilities within Digital Operations. You will drive high-value opportunities with site, production, functional, and business leaders, translating priorities into scalable digital solutions and measurable value.

Lead responsible adoption with a focus on safety, reliability, and governance while mentoring leaders across Dow locations in North America, Europe, or beyond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience at or above E5/PO2/Sergeant level.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
• Authorization to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Partner with site leaders to identify high‑value opportunities.
