Job summary

Dow is seeking a Technology Director to define and lead the strategy for advancing digital capabilities within Digital Operations. You will guide responsible adoption, mentor leaders, and collaborate with operations, technology, data, and cybersecurity to deliver measurable value across sites worldwide.

The role focuses on capitalizing on intelligent automation to improve decision-making, reliability, governance, and safety while enabling empowerment and continuous improvement across Dow sites

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military equivalent required.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in technology and operations.
• U.S. work authorization required; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Implement Operations strategy for advancing digital capabilities and responsible use.
• Own accountability for strategy oversight within Digital Operations.
• Partner with site, production, and business leaders to identify high-value opportunities.
• Translate priorities into practical digital solutions that streamline processes and improve reliability.
• Collaborate across teams to develop scalable digital solutions and integrate them into workflows.
• Establish measures of success and monitor adoption and value realization.
• Develop and implement technology strategies aligned to site and business needs.
• Drive continuous improvement and provide strategic guidance to senior leadership.
