Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing technology, operations, engineering, or digital transformation experience.
• 5+ years leading complex programs and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Digital Transformation Program governance and roadmap execution across the enterprise.
• Manage AI program efforts including Computer Vision, ML, Predictive Analytics, and Generative AI deployment.
