Daikin Applied in Faribault, MN, is seeking a Director, Digital Manufacturing ERP to lead the ERP transformation. • Extensive Functional supply chain or manufacturing knowledge, ERP systems and analytics platforms.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience working within a Digital (IT) organization and driving cross-functional digital initiatives.

• Implement tools and processes that support manufacturing innovation, performance tracking, and risk mitigation.
• Champion a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and user-centric design.
• Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of digital solutions across the enterprise.
• Be a key leader on the digital team to support the transitioning from Oracle R12 to SAP S/4HANA.

Daikin Applied is seeking a talented Director, Digital Manufacturing ERP. The Director, Digital Manufacturing ERP will play a critical role to lead the digital manufacturing ERP transformation within the Digital (IT) organization, driving innovation, agility, and efficiency across manufacturing ERP areas. This position is a cornerstone of the company’s digital transformation strategy, tasked with driving efficiency, collaboration, and innovation across Configure-to-Order (CTO) and Engineer-to-Order (ETO) processes. This leader will manage a team of business analysts that cover order management, materials management, inventory, work in process and warehouse management. What you will do:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience in Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 and/or SAP S/4HANA, with a strong focus on Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules
• Familiarity with Configure-to-Order (CTO) and Engineer-to-Order (ETO) processes
• Understanding of Fit-Gap analysis, process mapping, and best practices in ERP design
• Experience developing and executing change management strategies
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to technical and nontechnical audiences

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $142,600 - $250,900 (+ 30%) bonusin MN. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
