e.l.f. Beauty is seeking an Associate Director of Digital Insights & Analytics to lead measurement frameworks and deliver actionable digital analytics across brands, paid, owned, and CRM channels.

You will build predictive models, guide audience strategies, and translate analyses into executive-ready decks and dashboards. Collaboration across E-commerce, CRM, IMC, Creative, and Technology is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of web/mobile analytics reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end measurement frameworks for digital journeys and behavior across channels.
• Aggregate cross-brand digital learnings via standardized playbooks and dashboards.
• Deliver marketing mix modeling and attribution within a governance framework.
• Lead AI-enabled segmentation and propensity modeling for targeting and personalization.
• Create executive-ready decks and visualizations to drive cross-functional actions.
