The role focuses on forecasting, CTA optimization, and collaboration with marketing, finance, and operations to scale the direct-to-consumer business.

Qualifications

• Senior-level digital commerce experience with data-driven decision making.
• Proven ability to forecast revenue and optimize AOV/CR/LTV.
• Strong collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting and revenue performance across DTC channels.
• Oversee merchandising, promotions, and assortment strategies.
• Partner with finance, operations, and marketing for integrated planning.
• Develop dashboards and reports to drive actionable insights.
