Qualifications

• 7+ years in digital commerce analytics or related roles.
• Hands-on Shopify storefront experience.
• Experience with social commerce platforms (TikTok Shop).
• Ability to translate data into executive insights.
• Strong knowledge of DTC metrics and forecasting.
• Experience with PowerBI or similar analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue and commercial performance through advanced analysis.
• Own AOV, conversion rate, and CLV initiatives.
• Develop forecasting frameworks for revenue and profitability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure go-to-market readiness.
• Oversee merchandising and promotional execution.
• Monitor and report digital commerce KPIs and dashboards.
