Job summary

Societe Generale in the Americas is seeking a highly motivated Director to join the Digital Infrastructure Finance team. The successful candidate will originate, underwrite, structure, and execute debt financings across the digital infrastructure sector, including hyperscale data centers, fiber networks, cloud assets.

You will lead transaction origination and execution, perform due diligence, manage lender syndication, and oversee client relationships with sponsors, borrowers, and credit

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines on active bookrunner/lead arranger mandates in the syndicated loan market.
• Ability to understand complex financial structures and legal documents.
• Strong networking and client relationship management skills.
• Experience with sponsors, borrowers, and credit stakeholders in large-scale financings.

Responsibilities

• Originate, underwrite, structure, and execute debt financings across the digital infrastructure sector.
• Lead transaction origination and execution, due diligence, and lender syndication.
• Manage client relationships with sponsors, borrowers, and internal stakeholders.
