Job summary

Societe Generale is seeking an analyst to join the IDT Group in New York, supporting infrastructure and digital infrastructure financing, advisory, and debt arranging across the Americas.

You will assist with due diligence, financial modelling, lending mandates, and marketing materials, collaborating with sponsors and lenders, with opportunities for professional growth in a dynamic, global team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project finance, investment banking or related fields.
• Strong due diligence and financing modeling experience.
• Knowledge of corporate finance valuation and financial accounting concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Support lending and advisory mandates for infrastructure clients across the Americas.
• Assist with financial modelling for financing or advisory mandates, including PF models and sensitivities.
• Assist due diligence, data room screening, and drafting credit materials for approvals.
• Develop marketing materials and pitches to sponsors and lenders, promoting SG CIB.
