Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal is seeking a Director, CFO Services - Digital Finance in Charlotte, NC, to lead digital transformation within finance for private equity portfolio companies. You will drive analytics, automation, and forecasting to deliver EBITDA improvements and clearer financial insight.

The role requires extensive experience in finance and accounting, familiarity with RPA, data visualization, and predictive models, and the ability to manage multi‑workstream projects and client relationships

Qualifications

• Digital Finance technologies including RPA, forecasting, analytics and NLG.
• Over 12 years of related experience in Accounting/Finance or PE/IB.
• CPA/CFA/MBA or Master’s degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead client interviews and gather data across multi‑workstream projects.
• Develop frameworks, analyses and actionable conclusions for client buy‑in.
• Design cash generating initiatives and EBITDA improvements.
• Guide project management and senior management communications.
• Build and lead teams with cross‑functional talent to deliver outcomes.
