Alvarez & Marsal Private Equity Performance Improvement is seeking a Director of CFO Services in Digital Finance. You will lead digital finance transformation, assess Finance and Accounting functions, and implement technologies like RPA, predictive forecasting, and analytics to increase transparency and EBITDA in PE portfolio companies.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited 4-year college/university in accounting, finance or economics preferred but not required.
• Experience in Digital Finance technologies including RPA, Predictive Forecasting, Finance Analytics, NLG, data visualization.
• 12+ years of experience in Accounting/Finance, Financial Due Diligence, Restructuring, Investment Banking or Private Equity.
• Proficiency in financial models, data analytics, and presentation skills.
• CPA, CFA, MBA, or Master’s Degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Connect with client to facilitate information gathering.
• Guide client interviews and ensure data considered.
• Define analyses needed to prove or disprove assumptions and ensure timely execution.
• Develop actionable conclusions from analyses and lead workstreams independently.
• Design cash generating initiatives and EBITDA improvement plans.
