Job summary

Zones, LLC is seeking a Director of E-commerce to accelerate digital commerce growth across Zones’ platforms, catalogs, and self-service tools. You will partner cross-functionally to identify customer needs, remove friction, and drive adoption, utilization, and revenue from online channels across commercial, enterprise, public sector, healthcare, and SMB segments.

The role is primarily remote, with the ability to work in Carol Stream, IL or Auburn, WA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, E-commerce, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in e-commerce, retail/e-commerce sales, or digital sales in a technology solution provider environment.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent presentation and executive communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption, utilization, and revenue growth through Zones’ B2B e-commerce platforms and online catalogs.
• Develop and execute quarterly and annual digital commerce growth plans.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Digital, and Pricing to align initiatives.
• Lead customer onboarding and adoption of online purchasing tools.
• Provide analytics and reporting to leadership with measurable outcomes.
