Job summary
Ellucian's Director, Application Services for Digital Campus Modernization leads the transformation of Kern Community College District's technology ecosystem, unifying ERP, data, and analytics to deliver student success and institutional effectiveness.
Working within Ellucian Managed Services, you will define a multi‑year modernization roadmap, govern SaaS and cloud adoption, and lead a blended team to drive measurable outcomes and seamless service delivery for the district.
Qualifications
- Director-level leadership experience in Ellucian Banner and higher education environments.
- Accountability for service quality and stakeholder satisfaction in a managed services context.
- Experience guiding digital transformation, ERP modernization, and SaaS/cloud adoption at scale.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end campus modernization for KCCD as the accountable service delivery leader for enterprise applications.
- Define and execute a multi-year modernization roadmap prioritizing SaaS adoption and cloud transformation.
- Advise KCCD leadership, align business priorities with technology solutions, and govern the portfolio.
- Own service delivery, ensure secure, reliable systems with strong adoption across the institution.
- Lead large-scale transformation programs including ERP modernization and SaaS migrations.
