Job summary
Ellucian seeks a Director of Campus Modernization at Houston Christian University to lead transformation of the university's digital ecosystem into a modern, integrated, data-driven, student-centered technology environment. You will report to the CIO and guide enterprise applications, governance, and modernization initiatives.
Partner with academic and administrative stakeholders to optimize processes, drive cloud adoption, and enable AI-enabled capabilities while ensuring compliance and data
Qualifications
- Seven or more years of leadership in enterprise applications, ERP, or IT management.
- Experience leading ERP environments in higher education or complex organizations.
- Strong knowledge of ERP platforms, Ellucian Banner preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a multi-year Digital Campus Modernization roadmap aligning with university priorities.
- Serve as primary technology partner for administrative and academic stakeholders.
- Oversee enterprise applications, integrations, reporting, and analytics.
- Establish governance frameworks for prioritization, risk, and continuous innovation.
- Lead and develop a high-performing technology team delivering services.
