Job summary

Ellucian seeks a Head of Digital Transformation and CIO for Delta College onsite. You will guide technology strategy, governance, and campus communications to advance the college’s digital initiatives and enterprise systems, aligning Ellucian solutions with institutional goals.

You will lead a team, influence executive leadership, and drive change across the college, balancing innovation with operational excellence to support students, faculty and staff.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT leadership experience in higher education settings.
• Experience on campus executive leadership teams, including the president.
• Broad knowledge of higher education technology trends and effective governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high‑performing technology organization with a service‑oriented culture.
• Direct strategic and tactical goals, policies, and governance for IT initiatives.
• Communicate priorities and implementation plans to internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive technology transformation and ensure alignment with institutional strategy.
• Build and sustain relationships with faculty, staff, students, and leadership.
