Job summary
Ellucian seeks a visionary and collaborative Director of Campus Modernization to partner with Houston Christian University in Houston, TX to transform its digital ecosystem into a modern, integrated, data-informed, student-centered environment. The role guides enterprise applications, ERP optimization, analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities, reporting to the CIO.
You will lead governance, cloud migrations, and a high-performing team, aligning academic and administrative needs with technology
Qualifications
- 7+ years leading enterprise applications, ERP, or IT management in higher education or similar complex organizations.
- Experience delivering digital transformation, cloud migration, and ERP modernization.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large projects with competing priorities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a multi-year Digital Campus Modernization roadmap with cloud, SaaS, automation, and AI initiatives.
- Provide leadership for the enterprise applications ecosystem including Ellucian Banner and integrated solutions.
- Advance data strategy, analytics, and governance to support informed decision-making.
- Lead a high-performing team and partner with faculty, staff, and vendors to achieve strategic goals.
