Job summary

FINCA Impact Finance is seeking a Director of Digital Business and Channels to lead the digital portfolio across the network. The role will ensure digital products, services, channels and partnerships meet customer needs and deliver measurable business value.

The Director will own fintech relationships, oversee digital lending/savings, payments, and onboarding, and collaborate with multiple functions to translate concepts into sustainable services.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of digital financial services, product and channel management and experience in fintech partnerships.
• Ability to coordinate across functions and geographies to implement digital initiatives.
• Experience with business case development, pricing, and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee FIF's digital business and channels strategy and roadmap.
• Lead lifecycle management of digital products and services from concept to rollout.
• Collaborate with fintechs, MNOs, and other digital vendors to deliver value.
