Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Operations, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in program or project management with software; financial services solutions preferred.
• Digital Asset and Tokenization program management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans, monitors and manages internal projects from initiation through completion.
• Leads/coordinates and secures required resources; uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks and changes.
• Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules.
• Ensures that projects are completed on-time according to specifications and within budgeted costs.
• Interprets business issues and recommends best practices; provides guidance to others as needed.
