Job summary

Broadridge is seeking a Director - Program Management, Digital Assets to plan, monitor and manage internal projects from initiation through completion.

The role leads/coordinates resources, manages budgets, risks and changes, and ensures on-time delivery according to specifications and within budget. Digital Asset program management experience is preferred and product builds are a must.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5-7 years of program or project management experience with software are financial services solutions preferred.
• Digital Asset and Tokenization program management experience preferred, supporting product-specific builds is a must.

Responsibilities

• Ensures projects are completed on-time and within budget.
• Apply knowledge to achieve goals and provide guidance to others as needed.
• Interpret business issues and propose best practices.
• Solve complex problems with innovative solutions and work independently with guidance only on the most complex situations.
