Job summary
Covestro AG in North America seeks a Head of CoE Digital & AI to lead the NA Centre of Excellence for Digital & AI within Covestro's Supply Chain & Logistics organization. You will drive regional DAI performance, program delivery, and stakeholder adoption across Canada, the USA, and Mexico.
This role manages a seven-person NA COE DAI team, aligns cross‑regional initiatives, governs budgets, and ensures timely delivery while advancing digital transformation, analytics & automation across the NA
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 8+ years in supply chain or operations.
- 5+ years in a leadership or program management role.
- Experience leading digital transformation or AI/analytics programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead NA Centre of Excellence for Digital & AI and drive KPI performance.
- Sponsor regional DAI programs and ensure delivery milestones.
- Align stakeholders through structured communication and training.
- Direct and develop the NA COE DAI team of seven direct reports.
- Coordinate cross-regional teams for consistency and knowledge sharing.
- Manage NA COE DAI portfolio and budget to maximize ROI.
