Covestro seeks a strategic leader to head the North America Centre of Excellence for Digital & AI (COE DAI). You will drive regional DAI performance, oversee a seven-member team of data scientists, PMs, analysts and engineers, and align regional programs with global COE DAI strategy.

You will partner with regional stakeholders, lead complex analytics projects, and ensure timely, value-driving delivery across Canada, USA, and Mexico.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 8+ years experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations.
• 5+ years in a leadership or program management role.

Responsabilités

• Drive DAI KPI performance across the NA region with monitoring and steering key metrics.
• Lead and sponsor NA-initiated DAI programs and projects.
• Engage and align regional stakeholders with training and workshops to embed DAI solutions.
• Direct and develop the NA COE DAI team of 7 direct reports and foster high performance.
• Coordinate cross-regional COE DAI teams for consistency and knowledge sharing.
• Manage the NA COE DAI project portfolio and budget to maximize digital ROI.
