Qualifications

• 5-6 years progressive leadership experience
• 8-10 years across consumer access, direct-to-consumer strategy, health care operations, digital experience, service-line marketing, growth or related disciplines
• Experience developing and leading enterprise-level consumer access, digital experience, service-line marketing or growth strategies
• Experience in a complex, matrixed or multi-site organization; health care, academic health, not-for-profit or service-based organization experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Develops enterprise consumer access, digital experience and service line marketing strategy aligned with growth and access goals
• Oversees website strategy, SEO and digital tools to convert visitors into patients
• Leads cross-functional teams to advance consumer access and service line growth
• Partners with IT, analytics, and operations to prioritize digital tools reducing friction and improving patient experience
• Defines KPIs and uses data to drive continuous improvement across access and service line marketing
