Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, informatics, data analytics, or related field is required.
• Master's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Experience leading or managing teams or projects is required.
• Experience with Epic Cadence, MyChart, or equivalent scheduling platforms is preferred.
• Experience with digital front door capabilities (provider search, online scheduling, patient portals, eCheck-in) preferred.

• Oversees Demand-to-Capacity Alignment across ambulatory and procedural settings.
• Owns architecture for appointment booking, system-guided scheduling, and template configuration.

• Partners with leaders to sustain adoption of digital access tools and workflows.
