Job summary

GlobalFoundries is seeking a Director of DfT and ATE HW Design to lead a team focused on advanced DfT techniques and BiST strategies across digital, analog, and RF IPs and SOCs. You will shape test methods, ATE platforms, and production test flows, collaborating with Design, NPDE, and factory teams to reduce cost-of-test and improve yield.

The role requires a strong background in high-speed interfaces, safety & security considerations, and extensive leadership across global sites.

Qualifications

• MSEE / BSEE with 15–20+ yrs in Product/Test and at least 10+ yrs in DfT and BiST strategies across digital, RF, and analog/mixed signal products.
• Experience with ATE platforms and defining ATE roadmap solutions (full test cell definitions).
• Excellent communication and leadership across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive state-of-the-art DfT/ BiST solutions with focus on coverage, quality, and lowest cost-of-test.
• Define Production Test Flows across test insertions for best coverage and efficiency.
• Own and define DfT for IPs and SOCs and set ATE HW strategy for probe and final test.
