Job summary

Qualifications

• BSEE with 5+ years direct experience in Analog/NVM/High Speed IO Digital Test & DFT knowledge.
• Experience with ATE platforms.
• Strong programming skills in C/C++, Perl, Python.
• Excellent communication and leadership across cross-functional teams.
• Extensive knowledge of DFT methodologies: scan, MBIST, JTAG, analog BIST, ATPG, test compression.

Responsibilities

• Define DfT and BIST techniques for complex analog/digital designs.
• Identify and deploy DFT/DFx standards with focus on quality and cost.
• Develop and implement DFT strategies for mixed-signal designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate DFT features into designs.
• Participate in Product DFT/Design Reviews to plan ATE resources and test plans.
