Capital One is seeking a Director of Product Management for Developer Experience on the Secure Foundations Platform. You will define the product vision, own the CAR platform roadmap, and align with Engineering, Cybersecurity, and Risk to meet enterprise needs.

You will translate complex technical challenges into a data-driven product roadmap, lead end-to-end lifecycle, and communicate value to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 5 years of Product Management experience.
• Experience leading product management for developer platforms, DevOps tools, or large-scale enterprise platforms.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, particularly in application security, vulnerability management, or software supply chain security.
• Excellent communication skills with a track record of engaging and influencing senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Define and champion the product vision and multi-year strategy for automated container vulnerability remediation.
• Lead the product roadmap for the Continuous Automated Refresh (CAR) platform, transforming it into a mature, scalable product.
• Partner with senior leaders in Engineering, Cybersecurity, and Risk to ensure the platform meets security and operational needs.
• Understand internal software development pain points and build solutions that make the secure path the easy path.
• Define, monitor, and evangelize KPIs to measure toil reduction, time-to-remediate, and developer productivity.
