Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 5 years of Product Management experience.
• Experience leading product management for developer platforms, DevOps tools, or large-scale enterprise platforms.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, particularly in application security, vulnerability management, or software supply chain security.
• Experience translating complex business strategy and technical challenges into a clear, data-driven product roadmap.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and risk management.
• Excellent communication skills with a track record of engaging and influencing senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Define and champion the product vision and multi-year strategy for automated container vulnerability remediation at Capital One.
• Lead the product roadmap for the Continuous Automated Refresh (CAR) platform, transforming it from a program to a mature, scalable product.
• Partner closely with senior leaders in Engineering, Cybersecurity, and Risk to ensure the platform meets security and operational needs of a large enterprise.
• Deeply understand the pain points of internal software development teams and build solutions that make the secure path the easy path.
• Define, monitor, and evangelize KPIs, measuring toil reduction, time-to-remediate, and developer productivity impact.
• Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to delivery and continuous improvement.
• Serve as enterprise-wide SME on the product, communicating value and progress to stakeholders at all levels.
