Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Director for Project & Development Services in Washington, D.C. This role demands expertise in project management, including financial management and client relations. With 15+ years of experience, the successful candidate will lead a team, driving business strategies and ensuring the delivery of exemplary project management services.
The position also involves managing project budgets, overseeing due diligence, and contributing to business development efforts. Competitive compensation ranges from $148,750.00 to $175,000.00.
The role will provide leadership to the overall project management service line for a designated team or sector, including business development, business operations, financial management, client relations, and project operations. This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic business objectives for Project & Development Services (PDS) through leadership and advanced expertise in collaboration with the PDS Regional Leader, Market Leader, and local market Managing Principal. This position actively works to establish and maintain Cushman & Wakefield’s presence as a thought leader and first-class service provider.
