Job summary

Realtor.com is seeking a Dir, Product Design for Avail to lead the design system across renter/landlord surfaces. You’ll partner with Product and Engineering to define and evolve components, tokens, and accessibility from inception through launch.

You will mentor a team of designers, drive cross‑functional collaboration, and ensure the system scales with brand and product roadmaps, delivering consumer‑centred experiences at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in design industry.
• 3+ years in a product-led organization.
• 3+ years leading design systems and a team.
• Experience shaping product strategy with executives.
• Strong visual aesthetic and portfolio.
• Knowledge of accessibility and usability best practices.

Responsibilities

• Own the Avail design system across renter, landlord, and public surfaces.
• Drive consumer funnel minded product strategy and roadmaps.
• Mentor and grow a team of product designers and align with cross‑functional partners.
• Collaborate with Brand/Marketing to extend the system to external assets.
