Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• 10+ years of Product Design experience with leadership.
• 2+ years of experience managing direct reports.
• Experience in marketplace or real estate platforms preferred.
• Strong user research, data analysis, and stakeholder management.
• Collaborates across engineering, product, marketing, sales, and support.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
• Demonstrated commitment to prior employers.
