LogicSource seeks a Design and Construction Director to own client category strategy within our Center of Excellence. You will act as the accountable category owner, translating business objectives into actionable sourcing strategies and leading category planning and negotiations.

You will guide COE resources, governance, and playbooks, driving measurable savings and value delivery for Fortune 500 clients while advancing our sourcing capabilities with AI-enabled tools and best practices.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in Construction, Architecture, Engineering, or category management with client-facing experience.
• Experience leading D&C category strategy and delivering results across regulated or healthcare sectors is a plus.
• Proven ability to influence senior executives and manage vendor relationships.
• Strong diplomacy, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own client advisory and D&C category leadership for assigned client/categories.
• Translate client goals into clear category strategies, value levels, and roadmaps.
• Develop and manage category strategies, market analysis, spend diagnostics, and risk considerations.
• Lead annual and multi-year category planning with savings targets and timelines.
• Leverage COE to deliver sourcing events, negotiations, and contract execution.
• Provide governance and quality oversight through sourcing cycles.
• Drive value delivery, performance measurement, and continuous improvement.
• Engage with key suppliers and client stakeholders to support favorable outcomes.
