We’re looking for a Director, Derivatives & Solutions Business Manager to:
• Develop an in-depth understanding of the business (e.g. products, front to back flows, revenues, costs, personnel, strategic plan, initiatives, etc.).
• Define the global and local strategies and drive and implement new business initiatives.
• Drive the Business Management portfolio forward, including strategic projects, front to back controls, regulatory initiatives and analyzing and resolving business issues.
• Coordinate and manage relationships with Technology, Operations, Compliance, Finance and Risks.
• Evaluate and mitigating risks through completing deep-dives and ad-hoc projects.

Education & Experience Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field of study plus 4 years of experience in the job offered or 4 years of experience as a Derivatives & Solutions Business Manager, Financial Quantitative Analyst, Senior Finance Consultant, or a related occupation.
• Business Strategy Design & Implementation; Program & Project Management; Flow Derivatives, Exotic Derivatives and Fund Derivatives;
• Compliance and Risk Control to drive efficiencies for the business; Financial Analysis, Profit, and loss (P&L) analysis, Cost Optimization; Management of audit and regulatory portfolios;
• Technology Platform Enhancements.
