Job description

Our client’s solutions empower engineering teams to integrate privacy considerations into the SDLC process – from planning through to post-deployment. They believe that by building their product for Data Privacy & AI Governance they can solve the world’s most critical and challenging problems of trust and safety in data and AI-driven enterprise on behalf of every person. In their view, serving the developer community is the fastest way to facilitate truly respectful systems. While the company believes in technical approaches to better privacy, they understand legal teams hold ultimate accountability for regulatory compliance in most organizations. Our client makes it easy to follow the law by reducing the manual effort needed for privacy rights fulfillment, and by providing first-class proprietary reporting tools to validate compliance practices.

About the Role

You will be at the forefront of critical, high-stakes deployments, working alongside our client’s sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure their software is seamlessly integrated into complex, mission-critical environments. From pre-sales solution design to post-sales implementation, you’ll guide clients through the entire journey, delivering strategic value and driving lasting impact with leading global institutions.

Core Responsibilities:

  1. Lead client engagements during sales cycles to design tailored deployment strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
  2. Engage in a consultative capacity with customers to identify their biggest problems and the critical questions they must answer.
  3. Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders, guiding them through complex problem-solving and translating their needs into actionable solutions.
  4. Partner with our client’s Forward Deployed Engineers during the implementation of their products for enterprise clients, ensuring successful deployment with measurable impact.
  5. Lead training sessions to ensure that the product is meeting user needs and having concrete impact on their data operations.
  6. Collaborate closely with sales teams to identify growth opportunities, helping expand our client’s footprint within key accounts.

Requirements:

  1. 10+ years of experience in technology consulting or similar client-facing roles, with a proven track record of leading enterprise-level solution design.
  2. Expertise in guiding complex technical deployments, ideally within data-driven, software-based environments.
  3. Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and managing cross-functional teams.
  4. Exceptional problem-solving abilities, capable of navigating ambiguity and designing innovative solutions.
  5. A thorough knowledge of data governance and privacy rules and regulations in the US and abroad.
  6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with senior executives.
  7. A deep understanding of both technical and business challenges, with the ability to articulate how our client’s software can address them.

Benefits:

  1. Competitive Salary + OTE + Equity
  2. 100% medical and dental insurance coverage for you and your dependent(s)
  3. Remote-first office hours and vacation policy
  4. Sponsored company lunches and events
  5. Parental leave and 401K plan
