Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Director, Deployment Leader to lead the Deployment/PMO for the Transcend Transformation programs in the Raritan, NJ area. The role focuses on program governance, planning, risk and resource management, and ensuring successful delivery across multiple workstreams with cross-functional leadership.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in leadership within Operations or large transformation programs, 5+ years in program management leadership, and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or MBA is desirable
• Requires 8+ years in leadership within Operations, Supply Chain, or large transformation programs
• Requires 5+ years of Program Management leadership on large complex transformation programs

Responsibilities

• Lead PMO activities and teams to meet Final Project Objectives (FPOs) while delivering quality, scope, schedule, and budget
• Oversee PMO cadence and day-to-day execution across all workstreams
• Communicate interdependencies, risks, and performance metrics with Portfolio/Program peers
• Act as a member of the Program Leadership Team and drive thought leadership, holistic thinking, and problem solving
• Forge relationships with key business partners and interdependent programs
• Model deployment methodology and agile practices across the project
• Ensure deployment governance, stage-gate processes, and quality delivery on time and budget
• Develop and deliver program presentations for senior MD stakeholders
