Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in New Jersey seeks a Director, Deployment Leader to drive the MedTech Supply Chain Digital Transformation program. Lead PMO governance and multi-year transformations, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with strong stakeholder collaboration.

Primarily located in NJ, you will partner with the Business Lead, Technology Lead, and Value Stream Leads to meet objectives and manage cross-program dependencies. Travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or MBA is desirable
• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in Operations, Supply Chain, or large transformation programs
• 5+ years of Program Management leadership on large complex transformations
• Strong knowledge of MedTech, Medical Devices, Supply Chain or Commercial Operations
• Hands-on project management/delivery experience
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills with ability to influence
• People management and development experience
• Strong customer focus and stakeholder management
• Certification in PMP, APICS, Lean/Six Sigma or Process Excellence helpful
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with excellent communication and presentation
• Ability to manage interdependent partnerships and teams
• Ability to manage projects, timelines, and change
• Excellent written and spoken communication; ability to simplify complex concepts
• Position located primarily in NJ; travel up to 25% domestic/international
• Awareness of external Supply Chain trends and digital transformation roadmap

Responsibilities

• Lead, shape, and influence all PMO activities and ensure Final Project Objectives are met
• Lead overall PMO cadence, mechanics, and day-to-day program execution across all workstreams
• Coordinate with Portfolio and Program Management on interdependencies, risks, and metrics
• Act as Program Leadership Team member and model deployment methodology and agile work
• Foster relationships with key business partners and interdependent programs
• Ensure deployment best practices and stage-gate governance are followed with agile application
• Develop and deliver program presentations for senior MD stakeholders
