Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field; master’s degree or PhD preferred.
• 10+ years developing, scaling, or validating manufacturing processes in regulated environments.
• 5+ years of people and cross-functional leadership experience.
• Experience in multi-site or global manufacturing operations preferred.
• Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma tools/methodologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop process development strategy and roadmaps for development, scale-up, validation, and lifecycle support.
• Lead, coach, and develop a process engineering team.
• Develop scalable manufacturing platforms, standards, and reusable process technologies.
• Drive development and adoption of innovative manufacturing technologies and automation solutions.
• Partner with product development teams to embed design-for-manufacturability early in product development.
• Own process development from feasibility through validation and transfer for dental consumables.
• Characterize material and process behavior to link materials, equipment, and finished-product performance.
• Apply DOE, statistical analysis, and risk-based tools to define process design spaces and acceptance criteria.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate manufacturing, scale-up, and commercialization risks.
