Job summary

DENIM MANUFECTURER is seeking an experienced production professional to oversee the denim production process from samples to bulk runs in Los Angeles. You will coordinate with overseas factories, manage schedules, and drive timely delivery while ensuring sample approvals and final quality checks.

The role requires hands-on oversight of fabric, wash, trims, construction, and fit, with strong problem-solving to resolve quality and sewing issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall denim production process from sample development through bulk production
• Communicate and follow up directly with overseas factories and vendors
• Manage production and delivery schedules
• Review and manage PP Samples, TOP Samples and other production approval samples
• Follow up on fabric, wash, trims, garment construction, and product corrections
• Coordinate fit, measurements, specifications, and sample revisions
• Identify and resolve production issues including quality problems, wash variation, shrinkage, and sewing issues
• Monitor fabric, trims, and overall production status
• Track order quantities, production progress, and shipment schedules
• Coordinate QC and final inspections
• Manage production schedules for reorders and new orders
• Coordinate production matters with internal Design and Sales teams
