In this role, you will oversee pipeline creation and acceleration for our North American segments—designing ABM, field, and segment-specific programs matched to how each audience buys. As the go‑to marketing partner for NAMER Sales leadership, you’ll build segment-specific marketing plans for teams like SMB, Mid-Market, Enterprise, and Industries, connecting the dots between the Demand Gen team and partnering teams like Digital, Campaigns, PMM, Events, and more. Your mandate is simple: keep our demand gen engine moving with predictable, high‑quality pipeline that Sales can count on.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Own the number: Drive to quarterly sourced pipeline targets for NAMER New Business and run consistent reviews with Sales leadership to stay on-track.
  • Own the relationships: Be the tip of the spear for NAMER sales partners across segments like SMB, Mid-Market, Enterprise, and Industries and serving as the connective tissue between Sales and all teams within Marketing that drive pipeline growth.
  • Drive demand generation strategy: Be the driver and representative of a unified demand gen plan with inputs from cross-functional teams within Marketing, including Digital, Events, PMM, Partner Marketing, and more.
  • Run multi-tier ABM: Launch and optimize 1:Many, 1:Few, and 1:1 campaigns that turn intent signals into meetings and opportunities. Go above and beyond to secure revenue from our largest accounts.
  • Lead field marketing: Orchestrate regional events, executive dinners, and partner activations that generate pipeline and accelerate late‑stage deals. Build Executive Briefing Experiences (EBX) that inspire, drive value, and close deals.
  • Build full‑funnel programs: Partner with peer teams to combine digital, content, and event tactics to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion.
  • Measure everything: Own reporting and budget re‑allocation to hit goals.
  • Coach a high‑performing team: Lead a small, talented group of Enterprise Marketing/ABM & Field marketers; hire, mentor, and clear roadblocks.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 10+ years in B2B SaaS marketing with 4+ years leading demand‑gen or growth teams
  • Proven success owning pipeline and partnering tightly with Sales to exceed targets
  • Hands‑on expertise with 6sense/Demandbase, Salesforce, Sendoso, or similar tools
  • Deep knowledge of ABM and events and a holistic understanding of multi-channel programs
  • Data storyteller who can turn dashboards into clear decisions and executive‑ready narratives
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, along with creating and defining new programs/processes when we’re doing something for the first time

The annual salary hiring range for this position is $153,000 - $227,000 USD.

Compensation is based on factors unique to each candidate, including, but not limited to, job-related skills, qualification, education, experience, and location. At Gong, we have a location-based compensation structure, which means there may be a different range for candidates in other locations. The total compensation package for this position, in addition to base compensation, may include incentive compensation, bonus, equity, and benefits. Some of our sales compensation programs also offer the potential to achieve above targeted earnings for those who exceed their sales targets.
