Job summary

MSIG USA in Warren, New Jersey is seeking a Director of Finance, Delegated Program. This role leads the finance team, oversees the financial operating model for delegated programs, and partners with Underwriting, Claims, Actuarial, and Data teams to drive performance, regulatory compliance, and scalable operations.

You will own financial reporting, forecasting, bordereaux control, and automation initiatives, shaping standards, governance, and risk management for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience in Property & Casualty insurance.
• Experience in delegated authority, program business, or related functions.
• Proven leadership in managing accounting or finance professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance governance and strategic oversight for delegated programs.
• Oversee financial reporting, close processes, and reconciliations.
• Manage bordereaux operations and data quality across programs.
• Support audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with underwriting, operations, and actuarial teams.
