Job summary

HD Supply Canada, Inc seeks a Director of Decision Analytics to lead the business unit’s intelligence strategy and data-driven initiatives. You will oversee BI systems, model optimization, and financial data analysis to identify profitability opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Industrial and Systems Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of experience in decision analytics or similar role.
Experience with distribution networks and optimization is required.
Experience leading teams and collaborating with cross-functional leaders.
Experience with financial data, P&L, and sales forecasting is desired.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the business intelligence and network strategy.
Oversee BI systems, tools, and optimization techniques.
Collaborate with senior leaders to identify advanced data reporting capabilities.
Develop budgets and ensure data quality across the unit.
Lead reports and cross-functional teams of professionals.
