Job summary

HD Supply is seeking a resident CA professional to lead data-driven design and optimization of regional distribution centers. The role focuses on identifying opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and cost through analytics and technology adoption.

Responsible for supporting the design and implementation of new supply chain systems, working with internal teams and external partners to drive transformative initiatives and sustainable solutions across a regional network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field with 3–5 years of experience.
• Experience with warehouse layouts, distribution center design, and optimization projects.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, material handling, and facility design.

Responsibilities

• Generate actionable insights to drive data clean up and process improvement.
• Formulate strategy and execution recommendations for supply chain systems adoption.
• Identify, gather, and synthesize raw operational data for analysis.
• Collaborate with DC associates, management, and consultants to drive design and implementation.
• Develop decision support tools and financial models for cost/benefit analysis.
