HD Supply in Atlanta seeks a Director of Decision Analytics to lead the development and execution of the business unit's intelligence and network strategy. You will oversee BI systems, optimization techniques, and data-driven insights to boost profitability.
You will partner with senior leaders to implement advanced reporting, manage budgets, and ensure data quality while guiding cross-functional teams in a fast-paced distribution environment.
Responsible for defining and executing the business unit's overall intelligence and network strategy. Oversee the development and administration of systems and tools used to store, model, and analyze key business data including but not limited to the analysis of supply chain, customer, product, and financial data. Develop actionable analytics and optimization models that will be used to identify operational and distribution improvement opportunities that will lead to increased business profitability. Work with leadership in business to educate the workforce on leveraging data to help drive overall business success.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Industrial and Systems Engineering, or a closely related field and 8 years of work experience as a decision analyst or similar position. Stated experience must include:

Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable. Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles. Typically requires overnight travel 20% to 50% of the time.
