Job summary

EY-Parthenon’s Strategy and Execution Deal Finance (M&A) practice seeks a Director to lead buy-side and sell-side projects, focusing on CFO agenda and Finance function transformation. You will guide cross-functional teams, develop transaction strategies, and manage post-deal integration with a strong commercial mindset.

The role requires deep M&A expertise, client relationship skills, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics with 5 years of related work experience; MBA preferred.
• Experience in Finance integrations, divestitures, and/or carve-outs.
• In-depth knowledge of the Finance function and significant management consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead buy-side and sell-side projects and develop transaction strategies.
• Oversee pre-deal operational planning through post-deal integration.
• Build strong client relationships and drive project execution.
