Job summary

Green Dot Corporation seeks an Engineering Leader to drive enterprise data warehousing, governance and AI initiatives across business units. You will lead design, governance and modernization of EDW/ODS, data lakes and pipelines using AWS Redshift and Informatica IDMC, ensuring security and data quality.

You will partner with Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Product teams, mentor a large data engineering staff and align data initiatives with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise Datawarehouse or analytics platforms.
• 5+ years in leadership or management roles overseeing enterprise data teams.
• Hands-on AWS Redshift and Informatica IDMC experience.
• Cloud based ETL/ELT architecture using Informatica, Azure Data Factory, SQL Packages.
• Data modeling, metadata management and data quality frameworks.
• Data governance, security and compliance knowledge (SOC 2, PCI DSS).
• CI/CD familiarity (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and infrastructure-as-code.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development and optimization of data warehouse solutions.
• Define enterprise data strategy, architecture roadmap and modernization initiatives.
• Architect ODS/EDW and data lakes, data marts and metadata repositories.
• Build scalable data ingestion pipelines with ETL tools for batch and real-time streams.
• Ensure data security, governance, quality and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Tech, Risk, Compliance and Product; present PoCs to stakeholders.
• Develop test strategies and integrate ETL pipelines into CI/CD workflows.
