ElliottDavis is seeking an experienced, data‑driven leader to join the Data&Analytics team within Strategy&Operations as a Director. This role combines client delivery, practice development, and team leadership responsibilities.

The Director will help clients define data strategies, automate business processes, build scalable analytics solutions, and deliver actionable insights that improve business performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline preferred; strong client-facing communication and relationship-management skills required.
• Experience leading teams and managing complex engagements; ability to solve problems and deliver practical solutions.
• Experience deploying and scaling analytics, automation, or data solutions within enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements by translating complex data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and business outcomes.
• Design, oversee, and execute analytics initiatives involving structured and unstructured data using modern analytical techniques.
• Manage projects from requirements gathering through implementation while maintaining scope, budget, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
• Lead or support deployment of software, automation, and analytics solutions within enterprise environments and modern cloud platforms.
• Partner with stakeholders across finance, accounting, FP&A, operations, and technology functions to deliver cross-functional solutions.
