Job summary

Elliott Davis is seeking an experienced, data-driven leader to join the Data & Analytics team within Strategy & Operations as a Director. This role combines client delivery, practice development, and team leadership responsibilities.

The successful candidate will help clients define data strategies, automate business processes, build scalable analytics solutions, and deliver actionable insights that improve business performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; quantitative disciplines preferred.
• Experience in analytics, consulting, audit, technology implementation, or related client‑service environments.
• Strong client‑facing communication, presentation, and relationship‑management skills.
• Experience in driving growth through both new and expanding existing relationships.
• Experience leading teams and managing complex engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements by translating complex data into actionable insights that support strategic decision‑making and business outcomes.
• Design, oversee, and execute analytics initiatives involving structured and unstructured data using modern analytical techniques.
• Manage projects from requirements gathering through implementation while maintaining scope, budget, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
• Lead or support deployment of software, automation, and analytics solutions within enterprise environments and modern cloud platforms.
• Partner with stakeholders across finance, accounting, FP&A, operations, and technology functions to deliver cross‑functional solutions.
• Advise clients on data governance, data quality, security considerations, and sustainable operating models.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI‑enabled analytics and automation capabilities, for client outcomes.
• Mentor and develop team members while promoting continuous learning and adoption of emerging technologies.
• Support recruiting, talent development, and team building initiatives.
• Drive business development through relationship building, opportunity identification, and proposal development.
• Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to technical and non‑technical audiences.
