ARMI BioFabUSA in Manchester, NH seeks a Director of Data Strategy to define and execute the company's technical data strategy, bridging scientific research and scalable manufacturing through data infrastructure, governance, and advanced analytics.

You will lead data engineers, scientists, and governance specialists to enable real-time tracking, regulatory readiness, and efficient decision-making across R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, and commercialization.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Biostatistics, Bioinformatics, Life Sciences, Computer Science or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 5–8+ years in data architecture, data engineering, and analytics, with 4+ years in life sciences ecosystems
• 3–5+ years of direct management leading cross-functional data teams
• Experience building enterprise data governance, architecture, and analytics from the ground up
• Advanced command of Python, R, SQL, SAS (or similar) and cloud data systems (Azure, Snowflake, AWS)
• Familiarity with R&D and manufacturing data systems (ELN, MES, LIMS, ERP)
• Track record of leading data and analytics teams and communicating with senior leadership
• Experience with AI/ML solutions in regulated life sciences environments

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive the data strategy and roadmap aligned with R&D, manufacturing, and commercial priorities
• Lead and mentor a high-performing data team across engineering, science, and governance
• Oversee unified data platform architecture integrating R&D, preclinical, manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial data
• Partner with IT on cloud infrastructure, pipelines, and interoperability standards
• Establish data governance policies ensuring data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance
• Lead adoption of analytics, ML, and AI to optimize manufacturing and predict supply chain risk
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver fit-for-purpose data solutions
• Manage external vendor and technology partnerships
