Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Data Science, IT, CS or related field.
• 8 years of experience in regulated environments; pharma/manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to lead complex data workstreams and influence without authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex data engineering and analytics initiatives aligned to SM S&T priorities.
• Translate business needs into implementable technical plans and value outcomes.
• Manage high-impact workstreams with milestones, risks, and stakeholder alignment.
• Develop scalable data pipelines and analytics solutions across manufacturing domains.
